I got a virus warning form AntiVir software when downloading apache2triad 1.5.4 yesterday from a German server. It was SSLCert: apache2triand\opssl\bin\sslcert.exe
It was qualified as: Heuristic/Malware.Modified
I've checked with VirusTotal and it found none!
Because I wasn't able to tell the antivius software to exclude this file I had to put it in qurantaine (or deletaded it).
Sorry, I'm a completely newby. What is the use of SSLCert? Do I need it? |

Yes, as I told it's called AntiVir
I send the file to them, and they told me, it's packed by ASPACK 2.12, and was special modifed before this, whch is typical for malvare, so the theuristic of this antivirus software got it.
=============
EDIT: The guy from the Antivir company would be intersted in feedback, if you are planning to include this file in this way or in normal way in the future?
Please post this here. I will forward it! |
