Just wondering if its easy/possible to set this up with a2t.
I know that the virtual hosts allow for multiple domains (using dif ports) but what about subdomains? |

You can use virtual hosts to host on the same port. You can setup as many sub-domains as you'd like as long as your DNS name supports wildcards.
site.com
sub1.site.com
sub2.site.com
etc. |
