Apache2Triad Help, Support and Development

I downloaded and installed apache2triad ver 1.5.3 and I must say its really a very good package.

But I have encountered a few problems :

1> How to check the prmissions given to different folders in the /htdocs directory??

2> I just bought a TLD and wanted it to be used to reach my local webserever and website.
So I other words I require few nameservers like ns1.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com .
How to make and configure these nameservers??
Moreover I am on Dial-Up ie each time I connect I get a new IP, so how to configure these
name servers such that they always point to my server?? (BTW I think a wildcard entry would
do the magic for this problem)

3> I want my mail server to have pop & smtp addressess as pop3.mydomain.com and smtp.mydomain.com
How to configure these??

4> I want my ftp server to have address like ftp.mydomain.com and make a few more FTP users how to
about this?
