Hello !
I have got a 550 error when i try delete/overwrite file under /
550 "Unable to delete file."
550 "Unable to open file."
I can normally logging with root account and make folders, file, subfolders, and i can also delete ONLY uploaded file ... etc.
i CANT modify delete files whats already exists in htdocs.
user setup:
<User "root">
Password "***********"
Mount / C:\apache2triad\htdocs\
Allow / All
</User>
and im log with ftp://root:pass@mysite.com
... once again: icant delefe files whats dont mine (not created with ftp).
Clearly : Im sitting directly on a localhost and create file under htdocs, And after i cant modify this file via ftp.
HI !!! :oops: im solve the problem. The problem is not in the conf. , i set wrong permission for the folder htdocs in win.

| You need to run the SlimFTPd service as the local user instead of the Apache2Triad user. At least, that's what worked for me, hope this helps anyone else. :) |
