PostgreSQL Service doesn't run on WinXP Sp2

Hello

I installed Apache2triad on winXP SP2 and everything works fine except for the postgresql.

when i looked @ the windows services i noticed that the service is not started, when i tried to start it, i got this error:

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>"C:\apache2triad
unservice -N PgSql -D C:\apache2triad\pgsql\data\
pg_ctl: could not start service "PgSql": error code 1063.

How do we fix this problem?
