I am behind a router, have a firewall, and my ISP does not let me use port 80 or 3306. With that said, I am using port 6000 for web, and am trying to use the same port for my sql. I opened the port 6000 with the router and firewall, and that works. I am getting this error when trying to start the service: "could not start the apache2triad service on local computer. Error 1067: the process terminated unexpectedly. What is another port maybe that will work? Can I even use the same port for 2 services (http, and MySQL)? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Only one process can be listening on a particular port at a time

Ok i fixed it to work with 3306. In the cp I did a mysql test, and it comes back ok. but to specify my problem, I cannot edit anything in phpmyadmin. The changes will not be saved. Where do i change permissions to make these changes be able to save?
