ctrlaccounts.tab corrupted: fix?

It appears that my ctrlaccounts.tab has been corrupted. I can't open it and I can't get in to the phpxmail server with the admin login, root login, or postmaster login. All were the same passwords. Anyone know how to fix this? I tried clearing the file and then running the changepassword script. Didn't work.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: nevermind I figured it out.
