Hey everyone. I am currently building my sites template out of photoshop and now im down to creating a contact page. I have created the basic look in PHOTOSHOP and now i want to add my FORM tags to the HTML but I'm having problems. Below are 2 pics of what its doing. If you would like to see the html please let me know.
I greatly appreciate any help anyone can give me.
