Well I'll start by saying a few things.
#1. When creating a forum discussion here you are supposed to use a descriptive title. Instead of help, you could use something like: Help Configuring apache. This is just a friendly note for future referrence.

#2. Before going 'Live' with your server, I recommend that you get comfortable with basic networking (You will have to know your IP address, ports, etc.), and that you have your hosting pc's security 'hardened' and use a strong password.

#3. To answer your question. Mancini has made an exceptional web GUI for configuring your basic server needs http://localhost/apache2triadcp/ There is documentation links for the different items there. Also, search the FAQ for problems that you may have. The majority of problems you will encounter when you start will be already answered there.

Study the information given, search the forums, and if you still have problems feel free to post. One last word however, it is both a great freedom, and resposibility to run your own server. Doing so opens your computer(s) up to the public. Be careful, have fun.
