| I installed Vista yesterday, wanted to install Apache2Triad but it doesn't seem to work anymore. Can someone tell me when there will be an update on this ? |

| well vista is to be released in january 2007 , you have to wait till then to update your beta |

The service for apache server won't start.
But there is another way to get the server started. That is starting it manually via the command prompt. just type 'httpd' without the quotes and hit enter. Apache will start. you have to leave the command prompt window open !!.
remind that this is a temporary solution and we all hope that this will get fixed pretty soon. |

BTW: Seems this is an uncomfortable question for Vlad. No replies. Is Vlad hidding his head like an ostrich? or we will have to wait for a long time?
In others words. Can we upgrade to Windows Vista? or a guy will force us to put our feet in the clay for a long time and stops a 20,000 millions dollars of investiment from Microsoft.
Therefore, is it a logic thing or not to pay this guy for his work instead of to SUCK his blood all time?
These are the consequences of the policy: ALL FOR FREE.
The freebies are a REAL and SERIOUS problem, no just here but everywhere. |
