pg does not works

I installed apache2triad in windows XP.I am able to connect with php and postgres but using the python the error
"ImportError: DLL load failed: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed."
same time a windows error also pops up.
" An application has made an attempt to load the C library incorrectly....."

any solutions?
