After several years with A2T and PHP, I switched to ColdFusion, and for various reasons I need it running under Apache 2.0.29...which is precisely what I am doing.
I now have several reasons to put PHP back onto my server, and I'm hoping I can just install A2T again, and be done with it, because A2T has been the most bulletproof setup I've ever used. I also want access to the mail and FTP servers in the bundle.
If I uninstall MySQL 5, clean it up, and then install the A2T package, and use it's MySQL for MySQL, can I run this and Apache 2.0.29 side by side so I don't have to mess with my ColdFusion setup?
FYI - $5,000 in Adobe & MS software later, I find it ironic that I still have more faith in A2T...it's rock solid. I just wish PHP was as easy to learn as CF:S
