My a2t crashed the other day this is what was in the error log.
Code:
FATAL: erealloc(): Unable to allocate 24576 bytes
[Fri Jul 06 12:00:36 2007] [notice] Parent: child process exited with status 1 -- Restarting.
It says restarting but it wont restart, I have tried several times.
What can I do to resolve this?? Or am I going to have to reinstall the server?
I am making a back up of the whole directory right now, as I cant access my server to do it correctly.
EDIT!! Well I couldn't wait for an answer. So I reinstalled the server. I then copied over the config folder, the htdocs, and the mysql data folder this seems to have fixed the problem for now. Maybe someone will give me a reason as to why that happened and maybe a way to keep it from occurring again. I will be checking back. Thanks TT |

| looking at the bugs.php.net it looks like a multitude of erealloc() allocation errors have a multitude of causes steming from php extensions to scripts so who knows what was it in your case |
