I had great working experince with AT2, mostly easy to learn and to configure.
A very stable platform & structured in the backend.

I prefer At2, but in another combination, just like Flextriad and Wamp.
The main thing is, Apache2triad is not up to date any more.

By launching this idea box, maybe we can help AT2 and Team
If you have an idea please post it here

I like the hmailserver for email, but have not tested it with active directory connectivity. It carries it's own mysql database internally in the 4.xx version. I have used it with the A2T 4.xx mysql, but have not tested it with mysql 5.xx. It's easy to manage, and I do use it in a production environment.

I've dumped xmail for hmailserver a long time ago. It works well with mysql 5.1.5

For my servers I use a quick hacked vers. of A2T
and also use
hMailServer
FileZilla
Stunnel for adding smtps, pop3s, imaps, and smtpauth
TightVNC tunneled to an ssl port or UltraVNC (depending on the server)

If you guys are serious about a rewrite and would like to do coding and testing just message me. I'd like to have a WAMP server that uses A2T as a base, but remove some of the dated aspects of it.

Nice.
Do you have some documentations (configurations), how you did it?
You used a quick hacked vers of A2T? Is it free to download ?
Can you post a linke here??? Just to check the source(package).

I am very serious about AT2. The main thing is that some services could be better in performance even the Security.

thx for sharing youre idea with us.
All help is welkom.
thx

I use the quickhacks. I just updated the Apache, and PHP ones. (I'll update the MySQL one after a bit). They are free and availiable from my server. Just know this they aren't heavily tested on my end, but all seem to work just fine. Remember to backup before installing.
