hi, im using apache2triad,
Apache/2.2.0 (Win32) and PHP/5.1.2 ,
i want to create pdf files using data generated from a mysql data base.

i heard something about pdflib but dont know where to get it and how to install it, please help

Here is one website with PDFLib... also, try googling for "PDFLib".... and go through some of the results that come up.
