Apache server it's stoping every day

The server apache stop once in a while and I don't know the reason, I must inicialice it, but the service only stop. I have check logs and it does not say anything to me, I use the anti-virus nod32, mdaemon and kerio winroute firewall like server proxy. please somebody can help me?
