| I downloaded apache2triad to help me learn web programming. I am creating a web page and I need to create a database but I have never used any program that comes with the download. I open mysql admin but I can never connect. What do I type in as host and port? What should I do to create this database? So far what I have been doing is opening notebook and saving my files in htdocs and accessing localhost."pgname".php from mozilla. Is there a different way to locally develop ones webpage? Any help is much appreciated. |
