I have just installed Apache2triad and ran through the installation - then copied the drupal folder to htdocs folder. I then went to set up my phpMyAdmin and when prompted to put in password, no matter what i put in, it says invalid password. I tried many different usernames (admin, administrator, blank) and the password that i used in the installation, but nothing is working.
Is there any way for me to get in?
thanks |

Sorry if this isnt any help paramedicq55 I had the exact same issue, i could not log into anything, it just stopped. I was using the correct password but nothing..
I just uninstalled everything re booted and installed again, and then i got this error
Quote: Setting password to ******** , using path C:\apache2triad
C:\apache2triad/mysql/bin/mysqladmin.exe: connect to server at 'localhost' failed
error: 'Can't get hostname for your address'
Password for Mysql not changed !!
Access is denied.
Password for Apache not changed !!
We were unable to set the password 2 times ,
Report this to apache2triad.net
(Do not post screenshots , copy/paste the text intead) Press enter to exit
Is this a known error ? I have no idea how to live without a localhost lol
Thanks |

re-install apache2triadcp, during setup choose and remember your password carefully. after the installation is done, go to phpmyadmin, when it asks for password use root as the username and the password you supply during setup. root is the default username. For more info read the README file which came along with the installation. |
