Localhost does not work - II

Hi everyone,

I installed the triad bundle 2 months ago on a production server (Windows 2003), everything is working fine so far. But for some reason, localhost does not work, so I don't have access to the Control Panel.

Any help or hint would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
