How do I get it to automatically startup on logon on Windows Vista Home Edition SP1?

I got it to work properly but not automatically startup, that has to be done manually for some reason... why?

I also get Cannot load mysql extension. Please check your PHP configuration if I go to http://127.0.0.1/phpmyadmin or http://localhost/phpmyadmin
