As it was stated on this board multiple times the only files outside the apache2triad folder that apache2triad installs are some .ini files from what i recall , so it does not install system libraries ...

the problem is probably that you have multiple versions of libxml2.dll and the one that is loaded is not the one in C:\Apache2triad\bin
