No. It is for Windows only. There is a package, [url=http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html]xampp, that supports the Mac, but I've not ever used it on that platform.

They can run at the same time, but must be configured to use different ports. That is, one of them must use something different than the standard port 80.

A2T is for windows only. For Linux there are other options available, however. (For example, [url=http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html]xampp).

PEAR should already be in the php include path. All you should have to do is include it:

You right click on a file or folder in Windows Explorer, and from the context menu, choose Properties. The attributes are on the Properties dialog.

I've been using XP SP2 with all service packs and Windows Firewall for months without any issues. A2T 1.5.4 is working fine for me.

You have to change the apache configuration file to add the pl extension for executing cgi scripts.

You might also need to change your apache configuration file to map the pl extension to execute CGI scripts. I think the default configuration has only .cgi.
