Ok I finaly figured out the problem. With this ftp I had to do a Port Range Forwarding instead of a single port forward... Now it is open to the net... Thank you for the help

See if somethinging is listening on that port.

start->run->cmd.exe

then type:
netstat -an

see if you have anything listening on
0.0.0.0:21 or 127.0.0.1:21

I've setup the ftp server (slimftp) and I can connect to it with a ftp client via 127.0.0.1 on port 21 and 1100 (one i made up to see if my isp blocks 21); but noone including myself can connect to it ...
