Or run the perl package manager

goto start >> run >> ppm

at the PPM prompt

Code:
PPM> install Apache-ImageMagick

most everything for perl can be installed this way, and properly ..

for help with PPM use

Code:
PPM> help

PPM interactive shell (2.1.6) - type 'help' for available commands.
PPM> install Apache-ImageMagick
