Looks like Perl 5.8.7 is bad configured in some part because PPM tool (to install Perl modules) doesn't work. I received errors about PPM couldn't be initialized.

I had to downgrade to Apache2Triad 1.5.2, and everything worked fine.

By the way, some special reason to include an Apache2Triad user in the user system? And what more ... some special reason to keep in the system an old Apache2Triad user despite that Apache2Triad packet was uninstalled previously?

If you install ApacheTriad packet again, you will get an users named ApacheTriad.[your_pc_name].000, and if you do the same again, an ApacheTriad.[your_pc_name].001 user, and etc, etc.

You will able to see these accounts in your Documents and Settings (as folders) and your main Registry of Windows.

Anyway, sorry to report these bugs, because Vlad do not want to charge us not even 1 cent, and we cannot request a professional way of working. The result, as I can see and already predict, is that Apache2Triad will go to a worse thing step by step. I told this before as you know and I wasn't wrong as real facts show us.

By other hand, and finally, to do mention that I am surprised about the legion of fellows that never program in Perl, because if they were programming in this language they were realizing about PPM problem before.

Thanks.

On a side note, it really doesn't help is pushing your ideas that the software isn't 'professional' because it isn't fee based. Such conclusions are erroneous. Any new release of software has the potential for new problems. If you have a problem, try and find a solution, complaining doesn't help one iota.
