Back when MMCache was new and outperformed ZendOptimizer I was very hopeful to see it continue, however Zend won out, and MMCache became abandonware...

...Or so it seemed I found http://eaccelerator.net/HomeUk which is a continuation of MMCache and was curious if anyone has used it, and/or if it could be inlcuded into the next A2T distro.

It'd be nice to have another php optimization option.

Thanks, I look forward to it. Have you tried APC also?

I have used it and it too is open source, and a standard PECL extension.

Is a tut I'd added awhile back for it. My test on perfomance turned to be about the same as ZendOptimizer.
