I'm not sure what you are asking?
Are you meaning WYSIWYG editors that work on your server?
Sourceforge has a few just do a search there.

Maybe i need to reword this; Freewebs uses an online page editor, i want one that people can go on to my site and edit and create pages in thier prospective directory.

Quite a few months late, but I found this site.

The first script "bug file" is a file manager, allowing you to upload, edit, create and delete files and directories.

The second "Template edit" is basically a wysiwyg web page creation tool. It allows you to create websites, (Think geocities web page creator but much more simple)

I hope one of those is what you were looking for.
