 Change port Apache runs on?

I am trying to make Apache run on a different port because port 80 appears to be blocked by my ISP, but I cannot find the panel or part of the config file where I change it. Where can I change Apache to run on a different port?

change the port there, it's the easiest way.

dot forget to restart apache
