are you using windows xp or a apache2triad version other then 1.3.1 or 1.2.3 ?

well either upgrade to apache2triad 1.3.1 or downgrade to windows 2000

Hi andrew123,
Are you using wamp installation by any chance? If so I had this problem many times and was very frustrating especially when i accessed mysql programs such as phpmyadmin.
I overcame this problem by installing the latest version of phpmyadmin again and loading it again.
