Hi the first time i used it with my ip i connected to my ip with smartftp without problems then today (the next day) i saw my ip changed again :s
so i changed the path also on the user to the new ip and now i can't login anymore to my ip with ftp
so please some1 help me
and tell me how my ip can stay the same

You have a dynamic (changes daily) IP address. There are two fixes for your situation. You can get a Domain Name Suffix that will resolve the domain you choose to your ip, or you can buy a Static (doesn't change) IP connection from your ISP.

The cheap(free) way to go the DNS way with a fee sub-domain. There are two I'd recommend, but there are more out there.
no-ip.com
dyndns.com
After setting this up you'd try to access
yourWebsiteName.no-ip.com or something along those lines.
You can also pay outright for just youWebsiteName.com

(The FAQ has this question and more for those just starting out).

Lastly after going this route, you'll want to use the domain change script in the apache2triadcp.
