Hi, i used A2T awhile back but uninstalled it when i got a fulltime sahred server. But reciently ive started working with php sockets which i cant do on my server so i have reinstalled A2T,

Now that its installed everything is working fine and i can access via localhost. I have set up portforwarding to port 80 as Apache1 and port 443 as Apache2 going by portforward.com.
With that done my firewall has been disabled and nothing else is running on port 80. I have my static IP as 192.168.1.136 and have entered this under the Change domain feature in the control panel and restarted apache and xmail.
But even with all this done, i can connect to the server via my ip address but when anyone else tries to connect it just times out for them

Could someone please tell me what im doing wrong? It would be great if i could get this up and running so my users can connect.

Andy

Yeah that first link is just the information for my ip,
But the second link is saying my ip is 86.42.74.235 but i have a static ip address set up?!?

Do i have to change the servers domain to 86.42.74.235 and use 86.42.74.235:80 for people to access?

:O Ohhh thank you! that works!
Ok thats problem one knocked down!

Now to the main reason i installed a2t.
This one will be for the networkers or php coders.
I am trying to run a php socket server.
And it all works fine with the 192.168.1.136 ip, i can create sockets on that and bind them to the ip, and then connect to the socket myself via the ip address, But noone else can connect via either of the ip's?

Does anyone know what to do?
